Referral Program

What is the Referral Program?

An incentive plan, through the bonus for each effective bilingual referral (that applies and is hired).

 

Bonus

  • The amount for each contracted referral is 400,000 COP.
  • We operate your dedicated team
  • We transfer the team to your company

The referred: ​

  • Full Name
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Language level (English, Portuguese, French)
  • City where he/she lives
  • Comment if he/she is referred for a particular campaign. *Optional

Who refers: ​

  • Full Name
  • EID Number or CC Number

Form of payment of each effective reference

Payment is made as follows, according to the position referred to.

Agents:

  • First payment: 50% – after three (3) months of hire.
  • Second payment 50% – after six (6) months of hire.

 

Support positions, such as Team Leader, Trainer, QA, etc.:

  • 100% – after six (6) months of hire.

Terms and Conditions

 

  1. All IGT Solutions employees can refer.
  2. The Referral Bonus is received for each candidate referred and hired.
  3. The Referral Bonus is 400,000 COP.
  • When three (3) candidates are referred and hired in the same period, the Referral Bonus will be 1.500.000 COP.
  • When five (5) candidates are referred and hired in the same period, the Referral Bonus will be 3.000.000 COP.
  1. Applies only for referred candidates to bilingual campaigns (English, Portuguese, and French).
  2. You can refer to all campaigns, even semi-bilingual. Please remember: Referral Bonus applies only for bilingual candidates referred and hired.
  3. The Referral Bonus also applies to referrals to support positions, such as Team Leader, Trainer, QA, Recruiter, HR Executive, etc.
  4. Payment is made as follows, according to the position.

Agents:

– First payment: 50% – after three (3) months of hire.

– Second payment 50% – after six (6) months of hire. 

Support positions:

– 100% – after six (6) months of hire.

  1. The referrer and the referred must be active in the company to receive the bonus payment.
  2. There is no limit to the number of referrals per employee.
  3. You can refer from any city for campaigns on Bogota, Barranquilla, and Medellin.
  4. The Referral Bonus does not apply to candidates who have been employed by IGT and are opting for rehire.
